The company McDaniel Personal Care Limited was incorporated on 24th July 2014 (RC 1206723) as McDaniel Chemical Industries Limited. The company changed its name to reflect its line of business in December 2016. The Company at inception started as partnership member in C.H.F. Heron Nig. Ltd, which was established in 1989 as a distribution and marketing company dedicated to providing products of the highest quality at the most effective prices. CHF Heron represents major international brand with products covering body care, hair care, kitchen wares, etc. amongst whom
are; FEMFRESH: makers of Femfresh Body wash, Deodorant & Wipes; GOODBURRY: makers of GoodBurry Yoghurt; KITCO:
Kuwaiti makers of Potato Chips; ORGANICS by Africa’s best: hair care product range that includes Kit Relaxers, Hair
Mayonnaise, Shampoo and Beiersdorf: makers of Nivea range of beauty products etc.

• The company came out of CHF Heron in 2014 to venture into full time manufacturing of Beauty and Personal care
products due to the gap created by increase demand from Nigeria consistently growing Middle and upper class for
premium products and the dearth of local manufacturer of world class premium products.

In other to commence local manufacturing, McDaniel Personal Care Limited purchase from the Govt of Ogun State; a 4.1 acres of land in the phase 2 industrial layout in Abeokuta. The parcel of land is located along Abeokuta/Lagos Expressway Ogun State. It is has currently put up a State-Of-The-Art manufacturing plant designed and equipped to European Specification and quality standard to manufacture world class personal care products like Toothpaste, Body Lotions & Creams, Hair food and relaxers, Petroleum Jelly, Balms, Powder, Perfumes etc. for local consumption and
export. The factory currently have an installed capacity of 20tonnes/hour.
